But further to these Irie and Upful, Positive attributes to organic gardening and it’s LIVITY, come also the stewardship and care of BLESSED MUMMA/PAPPA EARTH. One organic backyard garden at a time. Observing and contributing to LIFE, actively participating in LIFE. Healing not only nature, but ourselves, together, in ONENESS.

Mind, Body, Spirit. All in unison, all harmoniously working to produce LOVE and LIFE and HEAVEN ON EARTH.

TESTIMONY:

I know of someone who battled with major and chronic depression, mental health issues, chronic pain and fatigue, drug and alcohol dependency, inward negative dialogue, distrust of humanity, poor self-worth, self-doubt, lack of motivation, lack of lateral thinking, very poor comprehension and writing and a few more. Things did not look great and hope was fading as he existed with no direction, passion or light. An anaerobic environment and hardly conducive to life.

He found himself outside a lot. Not really sure why or even if he liked being outside, but he was just always there, unknown safety perhaps. I recall one day he got frustrated with the height of the grass in his backyard and started to pull it up. A frog jumped out and after a little fright to both of them, they sat looking at one another. This was a great first introduction. The next day he returned to now find the frog was up on the tree limb allowing him to resume clearing the tall grass.

He saw, earwigs, beetles, earthworms with babies, ants and eggs, cockroaches and all manner of creeping things in such a small but tall patch of grass and soil. Fascinated by this other world within a world, he would return each day and so did the frog. Possibly to eat the now exposed food source but I like to think to guide and share wisdom. Year after year as he grew, so did his garden, so did the frog, so did life and light for all.

Fast forward 20 years later and I can say that if it was not for gardening and the life of a Ras Tafari organic gardener, this person might not be here right now, writing this blog for you.

The lessons we learn via gardening and the collective of gardener’s wisdom and experience can bring about positive changes, Earthwise changes, communal changes, habitual changes, educational changes, edification/spiritual changes, mental and health changes, societal changes, global changes, rebirth, renewal, regeneration, faith and freedom. Organic Gardening can quite literally save lives.

Absolute Love and Gratitude
